By accessing and using Stamp Maker, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our service subject to these terms:

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You may not use the service for any illegal purposes
  • You may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction

3. Account Terms

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account and password
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payment Terms

  • Credits are purchased in packages as displayed on our pricing page
  • VIP subscriptions are valid for the period purchased
  • All sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law
  • Prices are subject to change with notice
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for purchases

5. Service Usage

Each stamp generation consumes 1 credit (unless you have VIP membership). You agree to:

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not abuse, harass, or harm another person
  • Not impersonate any person or entity
  • Not upload malicious code or harmful content

6. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of stamps you create
  • Our service, including all content and features, is owned by MarisPro Inc
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service
  • Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without permission

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

  • Create stamps for illegal purposes
  • Create stamps that infringe on others' rights
  • Create stamps with offensive or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • That defects will be corrected immediately
  • Any specific uptime or availability

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarisPro Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service:

  • For violation of these terms
  • For fraudulent or illegal activity
  • At our sole discretion with or without notice

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
